We analyze factors that influence the physical experience of the place:

Assessment of Geobiological Factors at the Site
Within the AMA Comprehensive Habitability Protocol, we offer—when requested by the client—a complementary assessment of the natural conditions of the land.
This analysis considers possible geophysical variations in the subsoil and grid patterns described in geobiological literature, as well as natural dynamics specific to the site.
The aim is not to cause alarm or replace official technical studies, but rather to provide additional information about the environment where the housing will be built, especially in areas used for rest or prolonged stays.
In volcanic territories such as Lanzarote, the dialogue between architecture and soil is particularly relevant.
